The Scientific Committee meets twice a year for the purpose of discussing both internal issues and the articles to be published in the journal. The Scientific Committee adresses to the entire pharmaceutical field.
Within this Committee several referees are delegated for analysing each article which is published after unanimus approuval. In some cases the Committee demands more information or content modifications needed for the accuracy of the article.
The selection of the published articles is based on several rules:
- important value of the scientific content and originality of the research
- pharmaceutical research novelties
- written declaration (covering letter) of the authors regarding the exclusivity of the scientific results; the declaration must contain a statement that all procedures and experimental protocols are in compliance with the European Communities Council Directive of 24 November 1986 (86/609/EEC).
- the clarity of the expressions
- sugestive iconographics
- authors'adress
- contact person
- complete references: authors, quotated paper's title, journal complete information (name, no., vol., pages, year)
- all articles and drug information are being published in Romanian or English/French
- the title, key-words and abstract must be drawn up both in Romanian and English or French
- for the accuracy and uniformity of the articles, each publication contains guidelines for authors
